Maintenance

Maint 1The following are capabilities of Alliance Airlines. The list is not exhaustive and we would be pleased to discuss any additional items that you have that need repair, bench checking, reworking or overhaul.

*We hold CASA Certificate of Approval C593564 and are approved to perform the following;


 

Maintenance of Aircraft

  • Aeroplanes having a maximum take off weight not exceeding 5.700 kg. 
  • Fokker F28 Mk0100 Aircraft (Fokker 100)
  • Fokker F27 Mk050 Aircraft (Fokker 50)

Maintenance of Components

  • Components of aeroplanes having a maximum take off weight not exceeding 5.700Kg. 
  • Components of Fokker F28 Mk0100 Aircraft (Fokker F100)
  • Components of Fokker F27 Mk050 Aircraft (Fokker 50)

Non-Destructive Testing 

  • Dye penetrant method. 
  • Magnetic particle method. 
  • Eddy current method.

Distribution

  • Of aircraft components and materials excluding aviation fluids and greases.

  • Our Licensed Engineers have a wide range of License coverage giving us the ability to support a wide range of aircraft types at Brisbane, Townsville, Adelaide and Perth; just ask and we will see what we can do.

 

Brisbane Hangarage

maint3The facility is available for hire as is, with or without any other support. Major lay-ups involving more than 3000 man-hours of labour will not incur for hangar hire charges.

The hangar comes equipped with all general GSE and tooling required to perform most levels of maintenance up to and including a high capacity jet.

The facility is 40 metres wide by 42 metres deep. It has a door limiting height of 9 metres and a maximum width of access is 33 metres.

The Maintenance Facility has (and is included in the hire rate) the following - 

  • General stands and access ladders. 
  • Racks and benches. 
  • Component cleaning area. 
  • Shop air (breathable). 
  • Single phase power. 
  • 3 phase power. 
  • 24 VDC power supplies (rectifiers). 
  • 115 VAC (for aircraft supply). 
  • Fully equipped sheet-metal fabrication and repair section. 
  • Extraction fans for paint touch-up work. 
  • Floor waste for solid paint waste disposal. 
  • Tail Dock for F100 / F28 (T-Tail aircraft). 
  • Component repair clean rooms. 
  • Avionic component clean room. 
  • Customer car parking. 
  • Lunch rooms (free tea and coffee, etc) and amenities. 
  • Multiple lunch trucks available daily. 
  • Customer representative office and email support if required. 
  • Stores Receipt and Dispatch facility.
