An excellent opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and highly motivated Operations Controller to work within the Alliance Airlines team located at Brisbane Airport.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Efficient & effective management of daily aircraft operations
• Overall delivery on CASA and company requirements for crewing and day of operations management
• Optimise On-Time Performance and customer service delivery
• Manage disruption recovery
• Coordinate crew changes
• Facilitate ad hoc charters
• Ensure continuous monitoring of aircraft operations directly and via communication with Alliance staff across Australia
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Advanced study in an appropriate discipline
• Previous or recent employment and competence in a similar role
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Practical knowledge and understanding of CAO & CASA requirements
• Willingness to work in a pressure environment
• Ability to work in a multi disciplined team environment
• Ability to meet unique business deadlines
• Capacity to handle conflicting urgent priorities
• Excellent decision making skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency
This is a full time, rostered shift work position. Salary and conditions will be as agreed with the successful applicant.
The successful applicant will be based at the company's Head Office facility, which is located at Pandanus Ave, Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
