Charter Terms
Alliance Airlines Terms and Conditions are to be governed by one of the following areas:    

1. Regular Public Transport: Terms and conditions of carriage as published by the commercial partner airline
2. Contracted Terms and Conditions as agreed with the contract charter customer
3. Terms and Conditions as provided by Alliance for specific Ad hoc charter operations.

Alliance will negotiate payment terms for long-term charter contracts and regular suppliers of charter business.

Any quote is subject to Crew and Aircraft availability.

For casual or ad hoc aircraft charters, the following terms are binding: 

1. A Charter Agreement will be forwarded by Alliance for execution by the Charterer upon the successful conclusion of any charter negotiation. 
2. 10% non-refundable deposit (plus Australian GST if applicable) is required by Alliance as cleared funds to confirm an aircraft for each or any specified charter. 
3. Final payment being the balance owing (plus Australian GST if applicable) for specified charter must be received by Alliance as cleared funds no later than 28 days prior to departure of each or any specified charter. 
4. All payments must be transmitted electronically into Alliance’s bank account, details of which will be provided upon quotation. 
5. Aircraft charters operated in Australia on behalf of Australian Residents will incur 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). 
6. Aircraft charters booked on behalf of non-Australian Residents or as part of an international itinerary do not incur 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST) as long as full payment is received before Charter Passengers arrive in Australia.
